Job Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for the planning, oversight and execution of company projects and programs that support strategic and operational plans outlined by leadership. 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY 

Plan, direct, lead and manage resources in cross-business integration of projects/programs. 

Oversee and manage project/program priorities, budget and continuous planning cycle activity. 

Consult with upper management and serve as a liaison to internal and external partners on department strategies. 

Monitors, coordinates, documents, and communicates progress toward achievement of business goals, objectives, strategies, and action plan results. 

Provides advice and guidance and negotiates approval of communication materials with executive management and Subject-Matter-Experts. 

Ensures communications meet established standards of appearance and content and that all logistical requirements are satisfied. 

Facilitate strategic and operational planning and implement processes to assure that management is knowledgeable of process, goals, objectives, and strategies. 

Monitor, coordinate, document, and communicate progress toward achievement of business goals, objectives, strategies, and action plan results.

Supports and advises management through research and analysis of internal/external business data including industry best practices.

Provide design, development and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analysis and dashboards that monitor and drive key business processes and decisions. 

Stay up to date on the latest processes and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems, using application development techniques, software updates and new software purchases. 

Ensure the execution of projects/programs and warrant that these projects/programs are in alignment with corporate strategies and initiatives. 

Meet with users, analyze requirements, recommend solutions, lead the implementation of newly developed software applications and integrations. 

Assist with the establishment and oversite of vendor performance measurements to ensure success. 

Support business processes to meet member needs. 

Provide after-hours problem resolution as required. 

Comply with the Certified Fleet Operator requirements of the Company Driving and Safety Policy. 

Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS 

Four-year degree from an accredited college or university. 

Proficiency in technical aspects of project development. 

Strong thought leadership with demonstrated ability to set strategy and translate into execution. 

Strong problem-solving abilities. 

Ability and willingness to learn and extend skills.

Strong oral and written communication skills as well as organizational skills.

Willing to travel as required.

Valid Texas driver’s license and driving record at the time of hire which would not place the employee on probation, or disqualify the employee from Certified Fleet Operator status under the Company Driving and Safety Policy.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS 

Use of PC, telephone, copy machine, fax, and other office equipment over six (6) hours per day.

 

Extended periods of sitting and concentration.

 

Occasional bending, twisting, crouching, pulling, pushing, lifting, and moving items weighing up to 30 lbs.

 

WORKING CONDITIONS

 

Occasional long, irregular hours.

 

Occasional travel by auto or other public transportation.

 

Work to be conducted in office environment owned or leased by company.
