This position is responsible for using acquired knowledge of programming and computer fundamentals/techniques to accomplish successful programming and installation of new automated test systems and improvements to existing programs.
Major Responsibilities
Write, test, document, debug, implement and maintain test automation software that supports the verification of our insurance applications, processes and workflows.
Develop and produce statistical reports and/or other reports as needed.
Interpret detailed system/program specifications in terms of computer programming requirements for applications.
Provide technical support for use of automated testing tools.
Assist with maintenance of the automated test framework and architectures.
Assist with maintenance of automation test tools.
Ability to plan, organize, and complete detailed work independently or within a team.
Provide technical support for use of vendor automated testing tools.
Complete all training and assignments in a timely and effective manner.
Apply departmental standards and procedures to all assignments.
Report status on assigned projects.
Manage multiple projects and requests simultaneously.
Attend, organize, and document meetings as needed.
Provide after-hours problem resolution and testing as required.
Comply with the Certified Fleet Operator requirements of the Company Driving and Safety Policy.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Use of PC, telephone, copy machine, fax, and other office equipment over six (6) hours per day.
Occasional bending, twisting, crouching, pulling, pushing, lifting, and reaching in office environment.
Occasional lifting and moving items weighing up to 30lbs.
Extended periods of sitting and concentration.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Provide after-hours problem resolution when required.
Occasional long, irregular hours.
Work to be conducted in office environment owned or leased by company.
Travel, as required.
