Brand Marketing Associate

Job Responsibilities:

The Brand Marketing Associate is responsible for working with department leadership in the development and implementation of brand activation plans based on key strategic initiatives for the Companies as well as the departments that build brand equity and drive leads in the marketplace.

 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY

 

Management of digital and offline media programs from inception through production via internal teams, freelance and agency partners.

 

Identify key consumer insights and experiences from primary and secondary research and provide recommendations as part of an overall actionable marketing plan.

 

Lead development of marketing and associated creative briefs for internal and external distribution.

 

Comply with the Certified Fleet Operator requirements of the Company Driving and Safety Policy.

 

Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

Four-year degree from accredited college or university – preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications.

 

Ability to motivate, manage, and work collaboratively across functions and stakeholders at all levels.

 

Demonstrated project management skills.

Collaborative.

 

Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.

 

Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop a plus.

 

Strong written and verbal communication skills including excellent presentation skills.

Valid Texas Driver’s license and driving record at the time of hire which would not place the employee on probation or disqualify the employee from Certified Fleet Operator status, and the Driving and Safety Policy.
