This position is responsible for SecOps functions appropriate for the Senior Technician level. This requires the ability to perform more than one of the following functional areas as well as the ability to mentor other team members:

o Script and script catalog maintenance
o Integration of testing with migrations

Position Responsibilities:
Build solutions utilizing available software tools.
Effectively mentor other team members.
Assist other team members on assigned projects.
Effectively use and mentor others to use software tools to accomplish assigned tasks.
Collaborate with other teams and vendors to assist in building solutions.
Provide after-hours problem resolution as required.
Assist in planning and reporting status on assigned projects.
Effectively use the functionality of PC, Mainframe and Web applications and tools to perform job responsibilities and mentor others.
Research and resolve problems with applicable software.
Research, evaluate, develop and deploy operational solutions to meet business needs.
Provide training to end users, when necessary.
Communicate with vendors and users for problem resolution, as needed.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school and (2) years of experience in a computer related field or Associate degree from an accredited school and (4) years of experience in a computer related field.

Valid Texas driver’s license and driving record at the time of hire which would not place the employee on probation, or disqualify the employee from Certified Fleet Operator Status, under the Company Driving and Safety Policy.
