Premium Finance Analyst Part Time

Job Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for performing all tasks within the Premium Finance area. 


Review and verify Premium Finance contract info.  If an error is identified, notify, and send contract back to agent to make changes necessary on the contract. 

Enter Premium Finance contract data in WinFM. 

Reconcile daily Premium Finance deposit for contracts. 

Print premium checks and attach documentation to give to policy services. 

Premium checks for TWIA policies, must be sent FedEx to the corresponding county office by 3:30 pm daily. 

Perform special assignments as required. 

Assist agents, county secretaries, and insureds via telephone or email by answering questions and resolving problems. 

Reconcile accounting records and run reports both daily and monthly. 

Other duties may be assigned.

Job Qualifications:


High school diploma or GED. 

Three to five years experience in Finance department or equivalent. 

Efficient clerical skills. 

Basic knowledge of basic computer applications, especially Microsoft Office Suite. 

Good interpersonal verbal skills, both face-to-face and over the phone. 

Good problem-solving and research skills. 

Ability to plan, organize, and complete detailed work independently or in a team environment.

Extended periods of sitting and concentrating. 

Occasional bending, twisting, crouching, pulling, pushing and reaching in an office environment. 

Occasional lifting and moving items weighing up to 30 lbs. 


Work to be conducted in office environment owned or leased by company. 

Work hours/schedule are subject to change based on business necessity.
