Marketing Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

The Marketing Coordinator assists in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.  This position is also responsible for administering the member benefit programs. 



Researches current and potential member benefits, within established criteria, by identifying and evaluating product characteristics and value to our members.

Implements member benefit plans and advertising campaigns by preparing strategies, plans, and objectives.

Responsible for explanation and dissemination of information regarding member benefits to all facets of the organization.

Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs.

Works with other divisions, as directed, to facilitate the understanding and distribution of the Member Benefit program.

Prepares member benefit reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing benefit usage data.

Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with vendors and communications graphics department, inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt.

Collaborate with others to ensure the right members are targeted for each member benefit, our digital presence is optimized, and our reach is timely according to the season.

Coordinates and plans vendor presence at meetings, conferences, and events.

Monitors effectiveness by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and member benefit usage.

Develop insights and recommendations to continuously improve member benefit program effectiveness.

Comply with the Certified Fleet Operator requirements of the Company Driving and Safety Policy.

Job Qualifications:



Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.

Experience in marketing, particularly within an association environment.

Demonstrable experience leading and managing advertising campaigns.

Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.

Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.

Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools.

Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail.

Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Working knowledge of basic computer applications, especially Microsoft Office Suite, as well as with scanning, print-editing, design, and desktop publishing programs.


Good interpersonal skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.


Valid Texas driver’s license and driving record at the time of hire which would not place the employee on probation, or disqualify the employee from Certified Fleet Operator Status, under the Company Driving and Safety Policy.
